For clinical training of students, the university has 3 affiliated clinic hospitals - Bihor County Hospital, the Municipality Hospital, and the Pelican Hospital.
Prior to admission, international students must attend to the 1-year preparatory course at Oradea Medical University, clear the exam and achieve the Romanian language certificate for admission to medical universities, Romania.
There is also an admission entrance test where students can choose between Biology or Chemistry subject of high-school level. Non-English speaking students have to appear for an English test as well (if applying for English medical academic programs in Romania).
