About Poznan University of Medical Sciences

For all medical courses, PUMS emphasizes on practical learning. All students need to attend clinical rotations in different hospital wards as part of their courses. Dentistry students can do so at the University-run Dental Outpatient Clinic.
The Pharmacy curriculum of PUMS is defined by the US Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE).

Accommodation at Poznan University of Medical Sciences
Poznan University of Medical Sciences has 4 dormitories for English international medical students in Poland. All dormitories are located close to the Poznan downtown. Academic classrooms, libraries, teaching hospitals, clinical units, and laboratories are also located closeby.
The largest student dormitory, PUMS is called Eskulap that can accommodate 800 students. Eskulap is a multi-story building with many modern amenities.
Other dormitory buildings are called Aspirynka, Medyk, and Karolek.
