About Nicolaus Copernicus University
The Centre for Medical Education in English was started in 2012 to launch English medical education programs in Poland by The Nicolaus Copernicus University. Presently it offers four medical programs in Poland:

Laboratory Medicine
NCU Collegium Medicum conducts a non-compulsory preparatory course for international students in the month of September. The syllabus of the non-compulsory preparatory course covers Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Polish subjects.
The Medical program in English is a full-degree 6 years (12 semesters) course where graduates who complete the course are awarded Master's degree (M.D.) by the Polish Accreditation Committee (PKA) and Accreditation Committee of Polish University Medical Schools (KAAUM).
The English nursing course in Poland offered by NCU is of 3-years duration (6 semesters) and graduates who complete the course are awarded Bachelor's degree in nursing. This course is offered by the Faculty of Health Sciences.
The Faculty of Health Sciences offers a 5-years (10 semesters) Physiotherapy course for international students. The syllabus covers theoretical and practical aspects of Physiotherapy.
The 5 years (10 semesters) Laboratory Medicine English course is offered by the Faculty of Pharmacy. This is an interdisciplinary stream covering an exclusive syllabus on the scope of medical and biological sciences.
Any individual from any part of the world (irrespective of gender, caste, and creed) can apply for the English medical courses in Poland offered by NCU. Knowledge of Polish language is not mandatory. However, only science stream students can apply for these 4 English medical academic programs in Poland.

Accommodation at Nicolaus Copernicus University
Nicolaus Copernicus University has limited hostel facility distributed in three buildings. Students can choose from 2, 3 or 4 sharing rooms.
