For the USA - you have to apply for MCAT, then for Pre Medical, then you have to start preparing for USMLE and after completing your residency you can practice as a consultant
The UK - you have to pass IELTS + UCAT | BMAT, then pass entrance interview, then you get enrolled in Medical Program after than a 2-year foundation course, then 2 years training in surgery or medicine, after that if you want to become GP you have to study for 3 more years and if you want to be a consultant you have to study for 5–8 years depending upon your specialty
